INSTALLATION (runPHP needed!):
1. Get runPHP and install it as plugin (http://www.nosq.com/blog/runphp/)

2. Edit the linklist.php and make your settings

3. Copy the files in the following directories:
linklist.php -> wordpress/wp-content/plugins
edit_linklist.php -> wordpress/wp-admin/
expand.gif -> wordpress/
collapse.gif -> wordpress/

4. Activate the plugin in the plugins-menu in your wordpress admin

5. Access the linklist-admin in the "manage" menu in the wordpress admin to create the tables.

6. Create a new page and activate the "run php code" checkbox. As content of this page paste the following code:
<?php wp_linklist_createlist(); ?>

7. Linklist should work fine now.


UPGRADE:
From 0.4 to 0.5:
1. replace linklist.php and edit_linklist.php
2. navigate to the linklist-admin-panel

From 0.3b to 0.4:
1. install runPHP
2. create a page, activate the "run php code" checkbox and paste the following code as content:
	<?php wp_linklist_createlist(); ?>
3. delete linklist_index.php
Now you can browse the linklist like a normal page

From 0.3a to 0.3b:
Just replace the linklist.php

From 0.1/0.2 to 0.3a:
Just replace the linklist.php and edit_linklist.php!

From 0.1 to 0.2:
Just replace all the linklist files with the new ones and go to the admin to apply the database changes.
